1st Choice uses contractors to provide maintenance work. Over time, we found some of the best in their individual areas. Most of these contractors have provided service to us for at least the past five years.

About 1st Choice Property Management

Darryl is an active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers. He currently holds the Master Property Manager's designation of which there are currently less than 150 persons holding that designation across the US. Darryl is the chair of the Professional Development Committee and also serves on the grievance committee. As a professional in the business, he tries to stay on top of the ever changing rental market and the Texas State Property Code to serve you better.
